These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fuj9 ("fuj9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://fuj9.io and its associated subdomains and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the fuj9 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. Access to fuj9 from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law is done entirely at the Player's own risk.

To participate in real-money gaming on fuj9, you are required to complete the registration process and create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on the fuj9 Platform at any given time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different name — is a material breach of these Terms. fuj9 may, at its sole discretion, merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and withhold any balance held in those accounts pending investigation.

fuj9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) verification on any account at any time, including requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

All financial transactions on the fuj9 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fuj9 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own fees, over which fuj9 has no control.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on fuj9 is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and SureCash are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. fuj9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours during standard operating hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account number used for the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification and, where applicable, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the Platform.
